VI. Preparation for Double-Blind Peer Review

To ensure objectivity, the Journal applies a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Authors are REQUIRED to prepare manuscripts as follows:

  • 01 full manuscript containing complete author identification information.
  • 01 manuscript WITHOUT author identification information (retain the positions of all sections, figures, tables, etc., exactly as in the full manuscript): This file (Word format) will be sent to reviewers and must be fully anonymized:
    • Remove all author names, affiliations, and contact information from the title page and any other location in the manuscript (including headers/footers and file properties). If necessary, use placeholders such as “Author” and “Institution” on the first page.
    • Completely anonymize the Acknowledgments section (this section will be restored after acceptance). Remove any funding information that may reveal author or institutional identity.
    • Avoid self-referencing citations that may reveal author identity (e.g., instead of writing “As we previously reported in [X]”, write “As previously reported in [X]”). Carefully review wording.
    • Ensure that file properties (in Word) and comments do not contain author identification information.

VII. Plagiarism Screening

All manuscripts will be checked by the Journal using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with a similarity rate exceeding 30% of the total content will be considered as having signs of plagiarism.
